A leading IT global leader in consumer IT products, services and solutions with manpower outsourcing requirements.

In year 2002, our US-based Client was awarded a big major IT solutions project from a local government agency. The project consists of maintaining existing IT infrastructure as well as manpower management. It was a 70 people manpower headcount, ranging from entry level IT helpdesk agents to system engineers to operations team leaders.

RMA was appointed to manage this group of staff and what we successfully provided to the Client were:-

• Developing a comprehensive, hassle-free transition program for the staff. We ensure that communication was important to the staff, clearing any doubts arising.
• Conducting a review on existing contracts, compensation and benefits with the Client.
• Providing a clear strategic recruitment planning to the Client to meet their recruitment needs and objectives. Able to provide quality, suited candidates for their resource requirements.
• Using the internet technology and our existing resources efficiently, we developed a customized web application system for staff leave, claims management as well as the ability to generate management reports for the Client.

The following exercise was completed within the three months’ time frame and the Client was very pleased and continued to engage our services till today.
