A world class Dutch global group of energy and petrochemical companies operating in more than 140 countries and territories with manpower outsourcing requirements.

In year 2004, our Client announced and invited manpower outsourcing companies to tender for their manpower outsourcing project. This project consists of managing 65 long and short terms contractors as well as 240 expatriates. They were looking for a vendor whom they can outsource these staff to as well as to manage work passes renewal for the expatriates.

RMA successfully won the tender and went on to provide value added services such as:-

• Providing experienced on-site HR personnel as a single point of contact to centralize operations, shorten response time to any queries/feedbacks.
• Developing a comprehensive communication transition program for staff at various locations.
• Reviewing and managing existing contract details, addendums with Client’s HR, Union as well as Legal department.
• Providing suitable candidates with very specific skill sets and they were hired within the Client’s stipulated KPI.
• Providing a short turn around time for expatriate management with regards to their renewal of work passes.
• Given that Client has got different working times at different requirements; we had to develop a customized one stop web application to cater their requirements for leave and timesheet management.

The Client was very pleased with our speedy and accurate search of candidates. They are also happy with the on-line system which helped them managed their contract staff more efficiently instead of using the traditional paper approach. Since then, RMA is still providing these services for the Client.
