The project calls for the engineering, procurement and construction of a animal feed plant on greenfield land in Sanzhao which is situated in Zhuhai province in China. Facilities to be developed include a manufacturing complex, warehouse, a research and development building housing a microbiology laboratory and the main administration building. |
RMA Projects was originally engaged to assist Kemin Singapore in their initial process study and the development of the pilot plant which was designed and constructed in Senoko, Singapore.
The scope of work was to provide full engineering, procurement and construction services for the design and construction of a manufacturing complex for the technical application, sales and marketing of specialty feed ingredients and food additives for the agriculture and food industry. The built-up facility included an Admin building, R&D block and manufacturing plant complete with ramp raw material load-in and product load-out systems, refrigerated coldroom and warehouse.
Under a separate Equipment Services agreement, RMA Projects was also responsible for the total process equipment design, procurement and installation as well as providing the technical information and know-how relating to design, provide engineering, procurement, equipment installation and management services. |
