Engineering services provided included conceptual design, detailed design and construction of CSA (Civil, Structural and Architectural) services, M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) services as well as Process Utilities services.

Ultrapure Systems is a high purity piping and water systems fabrication facility set up to provide high purity piping and pure water systems to the wafer, semi-conductor, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.  Piping and water systems are fabricated in-house and shipped to the site for installation and commissioning to ensure high standards of quality and finishing.

Duties included programming, development of layouts for the entire facility including the process areas, process support operations, P&IDs as well as project and construction management.  RMA Projects also prepared and executed all commissioning and qualification documentation for the facility.

• Programming of time schedule to allow fast track mobilization allowing more time for design development.
• Identifying and ordering long lead equipment to meet occupancy goals and incorporation of selected equipment into the design thus reducing construction time.
• Fast track construction management system which not only takes into account procurement issues but also regulatory applications and approvals.  Project was completed in 5 months

Specific activities accommodated within the facility are as follows;

• Class 100 and 1000 clean room environment designed for fabrication of high purity piping (Orbital Welding for 316L stainless steel pipes)
